I think the track by Topographies is the most palatable for sure.. some of the others might need a few more listens to let them sink in but that more Lo-fi recording style isn’t for everyone and is a bit of an acquired taste.
These are awesome!!!! Thank you so much for these songs!! I have definitely fallen into the rut of not seeking out new music in my 30’s. These songs are an amazing jumping off point. Thank you for giving my music library a refresh.
No worries mate that’s the exact reason I started this newsletter. Hopefully I can prompt others to spend less time doom scrolling and more time on something that actually feeds their hobbies and interests.
I’m constantly looking for new music and this’ll help a lot. Thanks. Loved POW! Very much Gary Numan meets Wire meets Devo. On completely the opposite end of the music spectrum, I only just came across Sarah Mary Chadwick and her music unsettled me in the most beautiful way possible.
This was so awesome to read! POW! Is hands down my favourite that you’ve found recently - absulote gem of an album! I really like the way you described one of the tracks sounding like it’s being played rather than recorded - I had never thought of it like that but now you’ve said that there is definitely a difference.
This is rad!! Awesome first post, looking forward to more. I'm going to listen to these songs while I'm working this morning.
Thanks mate great to hear!
Nice playlist! Terry Malts-I Do, was directly saved into my Spotify, thanks.
Awesome!
These are good. But Topographies is my favorite. Like I really dig it.

Yes absolutely. Being a musician just expand my views of the world through music and dealing with every day life as well.
